What to Expect
Whether you've attended church your whole life or never stepped foot in one before, we know it's not easy visiting a church for the first time.
You're not quite sure what to expect. You probably have a lot of questions. We hope this information will help to answer your questions.
WHEN ARE THE SERVICES?
Sunday School classes start at 10am in the Fellowship Hall. Sunday Morning service starts at 11am and Sunday Evening service begins at 6pm.
Wednesday Night Bible Study begins at 7pm.
HOW SHOULD I DRESS?
There is not a dress code at New River Baptist Church for members or guests, but our ministry leaders and many of our church family dress in more traditional "Sunday" dress.
AM I EXPECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE OFFERING?
No. We don't invite you to New River Baptist Church for your offering. We want our service to be a gift to you. Please don't feel any obligation to participate in the offering as a guest.
WHAT KIND OF CHURCH ARE YOU?
We are an Independent Baptist Church.
